Covered Yarn

Anti-cut Covered yarn is used for producing cut-resistant gloves with the range of EN388, 3 level to 5 level. It’s a kind of new style yarn made from UHMWPE fiber as main material with spandax, nylon and glass fiber, it takes advantage of those fibers with uniform, fleeciness soft and smooth features, it is widely used for high-grade cut-resistant gloves and special woven fabrics. Any kind of special covering yarn can be produced according to the customer’s special final usage and request.

Cut-resistant Level:

1) Cut level 3: 400D UHMWPE+140D Spandex+140D nylon

2) Cut level 5: 400D UHMWPE+140D Spandex+2pcs 100D polyester+100D fiberglass

3) Cut level 5: 400D UHMWPE+0.05MM Stainless steel
